With a resume boasting stints at Tavern on the Green, The Rainbow Room and The St. Regis Hotel, it's no surprise that Vichai Phasukkan has a flair for catering to the discriminating palates of Sandhill's clientele and well-traveled visitors.  When they opened Table on the Green in April 2005, restaurant owners Vichai Phasukkan and Anthony Becke brought a taste of The Big Apple and beyond.  Sit back and enjoy the nuances of the international menu that journeys from Asia to France to Italy and back home again.  House specialties are the Baby Rack of Lamb Au Jus and the Medley Seafood Edition redolent with Thai Chili Sauce.  Dessert lovers won't want to miss the Chocolate Espresso Creme Brulee.  The restaurant, located at Midland Country Club is the perfect place to celebrate a great round of golf, or help you forget one that was way below par. – Pinehurst Magazine
