It's a family affair at
Ironwood Cafe; owner Vince Continenza hand cuts the steaks and
handles the dining room, his wife Cindy oversees the decor and
gardening and son Nathan is the Chef. The "Welcome to Our
home" attitude is their benchmark. Vince owned and
operated a three-star restaurant in Michigan and has been a
butcher for over 25 years. Naturally, the steaks served at
Ironwood are aged Certified Angus. Seared Sashimi Tuna
with wasabi drizzle and Lump Crab Cakes with roasted red pepper
coulis are customer favorites. The bone-in Pork Chop
stuffed with wild mushroom duxelle and goat cheese served over
collard greens with garlic mashed potatoes and jalapeno corn
bread is worth a trip itself Sunday Breakfast Menu
features Eggs, Benedict, Egg Scrambles, Sweet Potato Pancakes
and Cheese Blintzes. –
