Mark Elliott wants your dining experience to be extraordinary so he’s taken extraordinary measures to ensure that it is. Passionate attention is given to detail, from greenhouse windows overlooking a fish pond and herb garden to a computer reservation system that tracks your preferences and special needs. Maple chipotle glazed salmon roasted on a cedar plank brings rave reviews as does marinated lamb loin with tasso gravy and pimiento cheese. Wine selection is easy due to the connected retail wine shop where you can sample before you purchase.
