Properties rates
include all taxes, surcharges and standard cleaning fees.
Rates do not
include golf packaging, corporate or private event planning, special
requests, transportation, pre-stocking accommodations with food,
cigars, spirits, or catered meals. All this and more can be
requested to make your trip to the Village of Pinehurst a memorable

To ensure that
our homes remain the highest quality we can provide, we require a
20% deposit in addition to the rates posted below. Upon
departure and inspection of the properties, the deposit will be
fully returned or with a full accounting along with copies of all
charges if applicable within 30 days.
