Torrey Pines Hideaway

Tastefully furnished and located just 1.6 miles from the center of the Village of Pinehurst, Torrey Pines is a retreat catering to large groups of golfers (up to 12) or multiple families traveling together.  It's unique 3-level floor plan combines convenient main level living with desired privacy suites. The great room includes the living, kitchen and dining areas in an open setting with vaulted ceilings, making entertaining and relaxing an essential part of your stay.  Enjoy your favorite movie, golf tournament, or TV program on the 42-inch flat panel plasma TV while seated around the fireplace on leather sofas.  Or step outside to enjoy the mild North Carolina weather on the furnished screened in porch.  The game room also on the main level will bring out your competitive spirit complete with a stocked pool table and a card table.  The main level has two bedrooms and two full baths. The first bedroom is a master suite with two queen beds and sliding doors leading to a outside deck.  The attached master bath has two sinks and separate jacuzzi tub and standup shower.  The second main level bedroom has two full size beds and a bathroom with tub/shower combination.  A main level laundry room with washer and dryer is available for your use.  The upstairs level contains a spacious bedroom that can be configured with two king size beds or with four separate twins beds to accommodate any configuration.  The attached full bathroom has a standup shower.  The lower level which can be accessed by stairs or elevator offers increased privacy with a full kitchen, sitting room, and bedroom with two full beds and a large bathroom with standup shower. The two very large sofas contain pull-out full beds for any extra guests or added comfort.  There is off-street parking available in a two-car garage and driveway.

  Golf Digest - "Mid Pines is as good as Ross gets and may be the best value in Pinehurst. It is good in all respects, with nice people, a great classic layout that requires a variety of shots, and good value. You should take a caddie and play golf the way it's supposed to be played."

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT PROCEDURES

Check-In Time: 4:00 P.M.*

Check-Out Time: 11:00 A.M.

* Please call ahead of time in case you will be arriving before this time.  If the property is vacant and ready for arrival, we will make the necessary arrangements to accommodate you.

 

Please note that our properties are all SMOKE-FREE and PET-FREE.  Please respect our future guests and do not smoke or bring pets inside our properties at any time.

 

Check-In Procedures:

You may go directly to the house when you arrive.  There will either be a key under the front door mat or the house will be opened for you.  There will be extra keys inside the house along with a garage door opener if applicable.  There will also be a packet waiting for you with the necessary information for your golf tee times along with directions and dining options with other area information.  We hope you will find this helpful in getting around town.  There will also be the necessary contact information to reach Clubhouse Properties at any time for assistance.

 

Check-Out Procedures:

Please notify Clubhouse Properties when you are leaving the property.  Leave all keys and garage openers inside the house.  We hope you will enjoy your stay in our properties and we hope you will respect our future guests with leaving the properties as you found it.  Charges may apply if any damage to the property is discovered.
